Full Job Description

· Assisting with Monthly Customer invoicing across the group of care homes for Private and Social funded Customers (monthly) - including:

- Calculating invoices

- Creating invoices

- Processing invoice on to Sage 50 Accounts

· Weekly Bed stats - reporting resident movement weekly within the group of care homes

· Auditing and updating resident contract records

· Purchase Ledger (monthly) including

- Checking invoice calculations

- Approval of Purchase Ledger invoices

- Processing approved invoices on the Sage 50 Accounts

- Reconciling Supplier Statements

- Preparing and processing the monthly and ADHOC payment runs

- Scanning and filing paid invoices

· Assisting in processing monthly Journals

· Assisting in the creation of Monthly Management accounts

· Assisting with preparing and processing the monthly company payroll

· Assisting in the company annual Financial Audit

Two satisfactory references are required and an enhanced DBS check is mandatory.

We will provide full training in house.

We are looking for a hard working, reliable Accounts Assistant to join our Head Office Team at Ashmere Nottinghamshire Limited.

Experience of Sage 50 Accounts is desirable, along with purchase ledger and Microsoft Excel.

Ideally we are looking for someone to work Monday to Friday 9.00am to 1.00pm (hours are negotiable and can be discussed further at interview).,

  • Accounts Assistant: 1 year (preferred)

  • Sage 50 Accounts: 1 year (preferred)
