Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Clarkson Surgery have an exciting opportunity for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our Advanced Clinical Team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and highly motivated individual to join our forward thinking team at Clarkson Surgery to enhance our team. We are a friendly practice serving the local community. Our list size is approximately 10500 patients. Our clinical team already comprises of doctors, nurse practitioners, paramedics, practice nurses, health care assistants, phlebotomists, a pharmacy team, physiotherapists and mental health support., Triage and treat patients, performing specialist assessment of their needs and make referrals as necessary to other members of the primary and secondary health care teams as appropriate. Prescribing and reviewing medication that is appropriate to patient needs and in accordance with latest evidence-based practice, national and practice protocols and within the scope of qualified practice.

We require an experienced ANP ideally with a prescribing qualification and experience of clinical triage. You will be working as part of a multi disciplinary team delivering safe high quality care.

We have a GP team of 4 partners and a salaried doctor, they are supported my a multidisciplinary clinical team; including ANPs, Paramedics, Physiotherapists, Mental Health Specialist, Practice Nurses and Chronic Disease Nurses and Healthcare Assistants.
