Agency Executive

Primary Job Role: The role is accountable for several elements across the agency. It will oversee event campaign management including administration activities, warehouse management and on-site event construction. The role's primary function is to work across the team and provide knowledge and support on all aspects of business operations.,

• Performing general administrative duties when assisting with several campaigns for our portfolio of clients.


• Coordinating campaign logistics, including liaising with councils and suppliers nationwide and further afield.


• Effective time management, ensuring that work is completed within a reasonable time frame and assets/logistics are in place for effective campaign delivery.


• Management of campaign activations within the warehouse, preparing sets and activations for delivery.


• Occasional delivery of activations and events at sites across the country.


• Competently export and handle client data.


• Any other requirements of the role as the business evolves.
  
  Experience in liaising with clients and suppliers (Essential)


- Ability to think strategically and logistically when planning campaigns (Essential)

- Excellent analytical abilities to interpret data and make informed decisions(Essential)

- Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service principles(Essential)

- You will be required to travel during busy periods of the year (Essential)

- To be a confident driver with a full and clean driving license (Essential)

- Proficient in data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy (Essential)

- Excellent competence in using Google Suite (Essential)

- Proactive work ethic to grow business opportunities (Essential)

- Educated to degree level (Desirable)

- An understanding of fundamental marketing principles (Desirable)

- Some event management experience (Desirable),

Experience:

• Marketing & Events: 2 years (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
