Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Apparel Team as a Customer Service Representative. As part of the Apparel Customer Services team, the role will co-ordinate customisation orders with our customers and suppliers, while also providing first class support to our customers, Area Sales Managers and European offices on order entry, queries and amendments. This role is based at our head office in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire.,

  • Handle incoming sales calls

  • Process orders for apparel and soft goods - this will be a combination of email and telephone orders

  • Support the UK Sales Team and European Offices

  • Liaise with the embroidery house to ensure orders are dispatched on time

  • Work with customers and the embroidery house to set up new artwork/colourways and enter embroidery details to orders

  • Process credit/debit memos

  • Process online consumer orders and liaise with consumers on inventory/payment/voucher queries

  • Contact customers to inform them of backorders or delays to their orders Process orders through to the third-party warehouse/shipping provider

  • Other duties as assigned.

    A proven education record to include a minimum Mathematics and English qualification

  • Computer Literate - use of Word and Excel would be an advantage


  • Skills and Personal Qualities:
  • Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills

  • Must be confident and possess the ability to work within a team environment but also be at ease working on their own initiative with minimum interaction from immediate supervisor/manager

  • Must be a self-starter who enjoys problem solving

  • Reliable, conscientious and a team player

  • Detail orientated and with a passion for quality

  • Knowledge of golf would be preferable., customer service: 1 year (preferred)
