Full Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our expanding team. We are a small, relaxed fine-dining local bistro in the heart of the beautiful village of Croston, serving rosette standard food and showcasing outstanding local farmers and suppliers.
We have a small kitchen team driven by our renowned head chef. The successful candidate would be working closely with our head chef and sous chef on a daily basis and the potential to learn and develop their craft will be unmeasurable.
- Have experience in a high/rosette standard professional kitchen
- Take pride in what they do and always strive to produce the best quality food
- Have experience running the pass in the absence of head/sous chef
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills with a clean workspace mindset
- Have the desire to learn new things and develop your own skillset whilst contributing to the team
- Have fun cooking and love their job and be a sociable chef who likes working in a small team
- At least 2 years at minimum CDP level is essential. A desire to learn and develop a must
