Full Job Description

We are seeking Commercial Support in assisting the Business Unit team by join our Commercial department in forming key links between our business and the clients through the provision of a full and professional administrative service.

The ideal candidate will support the Business Unit Manager in managing, controlling and coordinating all operational aspects of the Business Unit

Assist in the coordination of the Business Unit Team, be organised, detail-oriented, and proficient in various office software applications.,

  • Lead and control the day to day operational running of the Business Unit in line with Company standards, adhering to the parameters set by the Business Unit Manager

  • Ensure client satisfaction through excellent project and project initiative delivery, customer care and client communication

  • Support the Business Unit Manager in all sales growth activities

  • Enquiry Management

  • Project Files Creation/Maintenance

  • Customer Liaison

  • Customer Drawings/BIU Planogram/My Property Administration

  • Costing and price calculations from pricelists (within procedure)

  • Compiling and issuing quotations

  • Clarification of quotations to terms and conditions

  • Price Authorisation

  • Order review and order acceptance

  • Equipment Breakdowns

  • Profile Administration

  • Customer Equipment Specification Administration

  • Sales Order Processing / Confirmations (inc Click to Order/Spares Ordering)

  • Project Snagging/Extras Administration/Coordination

  • Initiative/Rollout Administration

  • MFG Pro System Administration

  • Installation Fitting Packs

  • Sales & Operations Plans Administration

  • Final Accounts

  • Invoicing (within procedure)

  • Forecast Updates

  • General Administrative Support

  • Archiving

  • Actively take part in the introductions of new processes and working tools within the Department

  • Undertake additional duties as requested by the Business Unit Manager


  • Join our team as a Business Unit Administrator and contribute to the smooth running of our Commercial office operations.
