Credit Controller

We are seeking a detail-oriented Credit Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end to end credit control process and ensuring timely payments from customers., Proactively monitor customer accounts for non-payment, delayed payments, and other irregularities
- Contact customers to discuss overdue payments and resolve outstanding issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status across our multiple companies
- Creating weekly reports for the management team

-Sending 1st , 2nd and 3rd letters for any outstanding debts
- Process payments and refunds accurately
- Collaborate with the project team to resolve billing discrepancies
- Conduct data entry tasks related to customer accounts
- Utilise Sage 50 accounting software to track financial transactions

-Continuous improvement of existing processes

Previous extensive experience in credit control
- Strong analytical skills to assess credit risk and payment patterns
- Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with customers
- - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
