Full Job Description
- Be a dedicated resource to diagnose and repair all Manitou products onsite as required in accordance with the jobs assigned to you by the CSP department.
- Report and update to the CSP desk on the status of all jobs status, whether warranty or retail work.
- Keep the CSP desk fully up to date of the job arrival time onsite and visit completion with a full diagnostic report of the job outcome.
- All job cards processed in a timely fashion with the CSP desk to allow prompt invoicing.
- Promote Manitou machines and its business in a professional manor
- Follow all site rules and regulations, working safely at all times to the guidance given internally and externally.
- Participate in all relevant training as required.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required
Good communication, organisational, and basic IT skills - Technical knowledge of machinery, engineering and would be beneficial to have knowledge of Manitou products.
- Able to work under own initiative.
- Working in a technical environment desirable but not essential.
- Google suite experience desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work within a very friendly, personable but purposeful team.
- Open, honest, hardworking team player of high integrity and able to communicate effectively both internally and externally.
