We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Engagement and Feedback Officer to join our team and play a key role in enhancing our relationships with customers and implementing changes based on customer feedback.

The successful applicant will have experience in delivering engagement projects which help shape, improve and deliver services. Statistical data collection and understanding is advantageous to monitor customer satisfaction. The role will work with a variety of teams and come across different challenges daily so you will need to be self-motivated, enthusiastic and competent with a range of engagement techniques.

The post holder will support the Complaints and Feedback Manager and Communications and Marketing Manager to deliver against Derby Homes' Corporate Engagement Strategy and new Consumer Regulation.
