Full Job Description

This is a full-time position with the opportunity to join an established events company. We work with corporate clients, big brands & high profile private clients delivering activities and games for events across London, South East and the UK. You will visit some of the most prestigious venues in the country., As part of the event team, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving to venues to deliver and set up activities/games.

  • Delivering to exhibitions venues, hotels for corporate and private events, offices, private properties and more.

  • Loading and unloading vans.

  • Working with picking lists to ensure the correct equipment is loaded and unloaded.

  • Keeping the warehouse tidy and stock in the correct location.

  • Keeping equipment in top condition, this involves cleaning and removing branding material.

  • Supervising activities where required.

  • Engaging with clients, their guests and venue staff.

  • Working on your own and as part of a team. We all help to achieve results.

  • Occasional overnight stays are required (Expenses are paid)

  • Flexible approach to working hours as some weekend work is required (not all weekends)

  • A Full UK manual driving licence is required as you will be driving vans.

  • DBS Check will be carried out.

  • You will need to be a good communicator as you will be talking to clients, venue staff and guests.


  • Experience working in the events industry is not essential but would be an advantage., · Reliable
