Tenure: Permanent - 36 hours per week x 52.14 weeks per annum

Salary: Scale PO2 (points 29 - 32) £39,951 - £42,840)

We are seeking a Facilities Manager to be responsible to the CFOO for a range of duties relating to the security, operations, facilities management and monitoring of the school site including the management and supervision of contractors on site, to lead a team to ensure that the school buildings, facilities and grounds are maintained to the highest possible standard, are in a proper working order ensuring compliance with relevant Health, Safety and Welfare legislation ensuring the provision of a safe working environment for all users of the site.
