General Warehouse Operative and Sawyer

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our large steel supply team. As a Warehouse Operative you will be responsible for various tasks in a warehouse setting including sawing/cutting steel, shipping and receiving, loading and unloading, picking and packing orders and maintaining inventory.

Responsibilities:

- Operate manual and automatic saws used to cut steel.

- Assist in shipping and receiving processes

- Load and unload trucks with incoming and outgoing shipments

- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment

- Handle materials with care to prevent damage

- Utilias mechanical knowledge to build and assemble products as needed

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Follow safety protocols at all times

Prior experience in a warehouse environment preferred.

- Proficient in shipping, receiving, loading, unloading, picking, packing, and materials handling.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Mechanical knowledge for assembly tasks is a plus.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
