Full Job Description

Staying on a pitch in your own tourer, you'll be leading and inspiring the kitchen team, creating freshly cooked dishes and working in partnership with our Front of House team to deliver delight to guests and maximise profits in our busy restaurant. This includes:

  • Overseeing all aspects of the Back of House (BOH) operation, ensuring guests receive an exceptional level of service and delicious meals, freshly cooked

  • Leading key shifts and taking control of the day-to-day BOH operation, ensuring dishes comply to agreed specifications and the team are suitably deployed

  • Supporting the F&B Manager in recruiting, managing and inspiring the kitchen team

  • Controlling food margins through effective stock management

  • Championing and implementing Health and Safety and Hygiene policies to ensure team and guest safety

  • Consulting with, and learning from, the Group executive Chef to create your own seasonal, local specials where you source suppliers and products and put your mark on the menu


  • One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you'll need to work your magic on bank holidays and weekends too, but that's made easier because we this role comes with onsite accommodation (subject to availability).

    You'll be living on the park, so this a great opportunity for someone who wants to escape to the coast while enjoying a satisfying job., We are looking for motivated leader with great chef skills who can demonstrate the following:
  • At least Level Two Hygiene Certificate

  • Experience of leading a team as a head chef in a fast-paced and busy F&B kitchen environment

  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills

  • A real passion for food, and a customer service ethos

  • Resilience
