KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

· Monitor and interrogate the tender platform and recommend bid opportunities.

· Seek out and establish a bank of high-quality up-to-date tender material.

· Identify gaps and support the creation of new tender material.

· Regularly produce and submit winning tenders ensuring all evaluation criteria and timelines are fully met.

· Respond to stakeholder queries before, during, and after the tender is submitted.

· Provide Business Development with a list of upcoming tender renewals and/or new opportunities.

· Analyse tender requirements and notify the L&D team about new market developments and opportunities.

· Template, edit, refine, and repurpose all recommendation and proposal documentation, focusing on quality and ease and speed of delivery.

· Liaise with the L&D management team to ascertain upcoming projects and delivery requirements, escalating issues where required

· Review meeting notes and client collateral and translate client requirements from L&D Management briefs into persuasive recommendations and proposals.

· Conduct client-sector research and correctly tailor each tender, recommendation, and proposal accordingly.

Graduate level, or a degree in a related field.

- Demonstrable writing and editing skills, preferably in a business environment.

- Confident communicator, with good interpersonal skills

- Ability to meet deadlines and manage a fluctuating workload.

- Highly motivated when working independently and within a team context.

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
