Full Job Description
- Player Relations: Forge strong relationships with players, earning their trust and confidence as the lead physiotherapist.
- Injury Support: Provide dedicated care for injured players during training sessions.
- Rehabilitation Programs: Develop tailored rehabilitation plans to aid player recovery and facilitate their return to playing.
- Match Day Support: Offer expert, pre-game, pitch side and post game support during Saturday matches, both home at in Chiswick and away (up to 2 hours journey) ensuring players perform at their peak.
- Inventory Management: Manage physiotherapy supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels for player care.
Qualifications in Sports Therapy, Physiotherapy, or a related field. - Experience as a Lead Physio with a Rugby team
- License or registration to practice as a Sports Therapist or Physiotherapist.
- Ability to effectively assess and treat players' injuries.
- Strong skills in building trust and rapport with players.
- Availability every Wednesday evening for training and Saturday afternoons for games.
