Maintenance Operations Manager

Responsible for the delivery of the PPM maintenance plan from the University's perspective. Support the University Estate to deliver the efficient and effective operation of administration, teaching and research activity.

Control of maintenance section within the overall Asset Management budget.

Direct line management of 5 Maintenance Service Managers and responsibility for the performance of circa 60 Operational grounds and maintenance staff to meet the requirements of the maintenance plans.

Responsible for safety equipment and tools of the Maintenance Team. Overseeing appropriate response of maintenance activities on 360 buildings.
