We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Mortgage Operations team in Nottingham as a Mortgage Processor!

You will join a welcoming and inclusive team at the forefront of our new business strategy which is heavily focused around our evolving mortgage proposition.

We are looking for a positive and confident communicator to provide first class customer service to our partners keeping them updated and informed on case work and progress. This role offers plenty of variety and stretch; our Mortgage Processing team primarily focus on the important role of providing telephony support to our partners alongside case administration to support our Mortgage Underwriting team.

Here's a taste of what you'll be doing as a Mortgage Processor at The Nottingham -

  • Liaise with third parties as required to facilitate business and customer needs

  • Work flexibly within a cross functional team to ensure smooth delivery, communication and administration

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of service, systems, procedure and policy to ensure they reflect the Society's core values and risk appetite

Whilst we do not require direct mortgage experience this would be beneficial, you will be self-motivated, confident on the phone and a strong team player. We are looking for someone who is welcoming and genuinely people focused to deliver an exceptional customer service experience to internal and external customers.
