Full Job Description

As our new Performance Marketing Manager, you will drive brand discoverability and web traffic in order to generate leads and web sales via the management, execution and optimization of web marketing activity across PPC and SEM. You will ensure that our digital advertising continues to perform above ROI benchmarks, continuously supporting our e-commerce revenue generation, and will monitor and optimize advertising budget for optimal results.,

  • Manage and execute SEM and PPC campaigns across different markets, within budget and in support of marketing strategies

  • Align SEM and PPC execution with other media and channel plans, in partnership with wider marketing teams

  • Maximize conversion and return through optimization of campaigns

  • Collaborate with marketing and web teams to improve search engine optimization

  • Deliver digital paid strategy across key web channels

  • Conduct keyword analysis, copywriting and audience research

  • Deliver clear and concise campaign performance reports to marketing stakeholders.

    Experience of managing, executing and optimizing paid campaigns to meet key objectives - particularly Google Ads (Search & Display), Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok.

  • Strong understanding of SEO.

  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics 4 and its use for performance measurement.

  • Experience of using keyword research tools to inform campaigns.

  • Experience of delivering web marketing campaigns in-house or with an agency.

  • Experience with Shopping and Microsoft ads would be beneficial.
