Incident and Problem Management - Senior management technology leadership and escalation across all technical and business teams, as well as direct client facing support as required. Including being part of the on call out of hours management support rota

Client Communications - Provide technology leadership to improve and support client communication for production support across monthly client steering meetings, client escalations, RCA reviews and change / release communications

Change and Release Management - As part of the Senior management technology leadership team, provide production change and release approvals across all technology teams (application, infrastructure and network)

Application Operations - Provide technology leadership to level 2 operational teams who cover 24x7 processing for Merchant Funding, Settlement, Portal, Data Warehouse and Billing. Includes incident resolution (as part of an on call rota), alerting / monitoring, application deployments, security patching, resiliency and disaster recovery

Must be flexible for short notice internal or client facing travel, including overseas travel

Flexible working out of business hours as part of an on call 24x7 management escalation rota

Extensive experience within production support in a complex multi-application and multi-client environment

Ability to build and maintain senior internal and external client relationships (up to and including CIO and CTO level)

Prior experience in incident, problem & change management, software development, application operations, infrastructure management, project & programme management and vendor management
