Full Job Description

  • Sampling, Booking checking and trending micro results frequently, check of the invoices

  • Confirmation of product Quality and legality through taste panels and other testing methods e.g. EOL.

  • Raising any issues that may arise with all required parties

  • Maintain and update organoleptic trends

  • Carrying out GMP, trending GMP issues, and following up actions in response to these issues, close out NCR's

  • Assisting with the raising and investigation of External NCRs and the following up of these NCRs

  • Assisting with pest control where needed and ensuring actions are followed

  • Assisting with a complaint investigation

  • Planning out regular calibrations as per set schedule

  • Assisting with OOS micro investigation

  • Checking of weight control system.

  • Performing daily paperwork check-in process and production

  • Carry out internal audits

  • Non-conforming product, WIP, raw material control

  • Support shifts in technical related issues

  • Check QC/QA tasks being completed

  • Metal detectable items checks
