Senior Organisational Development Officer (CDC)

We have an exciting opportunity to join a busy HR Team, contributing to the delivery of the Council's Workforce Strategy by providing specialist advice, effective support, and challenge across the organisation. Specifically, the postholder will work closely with the HR lead officer and the wider team and collaborate with service areas to ensure development needs are understood and interventions are successfully implemented, helping to create, develop and maintain a modern, innovative, high performing and engaged workforce.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can carry out their work in an efficient and effective manner. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a busy, fast paced environment. They will have experience of working within HR/OD and be willing to further enhance their knowledge and experience. We work in a hybrid environment so they must be able to work at home as well at various locations across the borough as required.
