Shipping Logistics Coordinator

If so, then you could be the newest addition to our team as Shipping Logistics Coordinator., Working Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm the Shipping Logistics Coordinator will be working as part of a team completing various data entry tasks and liaising with internal stakeholders.

You will be responsible for:

• Monitor the status of each delivery and keep customers informed.


• Keep accurate records so that invoices, reports and statistical information can be produced.


• Problem solve and find solutions.


• Day to day operations include taking bookings, planning deliveries, export clearances, capacity planning and vessel planning.


• Speaking with customers and end receivers to give the best customer service to all parties.
