A team of 3 experienced chefs producing honest seasonal pub food.

We serve plenty of fish and local game, the classics of homemade burgers, pies and more.

We pride ourselves on delivering consistent tasty Fresh homemade food

in a relaxed fun environment.

What we require:

Supporting our head chef Ollie in all roles.

Including: Ordering, Training of staff, Development of dishes for menus and events

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food presentation and flavor.

Keeping an eye on the wastage whilst being creative to keep up with modern trends.

Lead the team in the chef's absence.

Most importantly: a good attitude towards your work.

Suitable for either an existing sous chef looking for a new challenge or cdp looking to step up with full guidance and training along the way.
