Team Leader

Please refer to the attached job description and person specification for full details of responsibilities To be a team leader supporting the workforce in the delivery of a high quality clinical service within the remit of the EI model and within legislative constraints. To ensure staff receive supervision and appropriate career development support and that service KPI's and national audit requirements are met. You will work closely with the team operational lead to achieve this. To have a positive attitude to innovation and experience of working with research colleagues . To actively engage with and represent the Cameo service across the EIP Regional and National community. You will be committed to ongoing service and clinical development inclusive of service user / carer involvement . You will share budgetary and financial sign off responsibilities. There will opportunities for you to have some clinical involvement to enhance and maintain your own clinical skills.
