To ensure that the correct systems and mechanisms are used to accurately record, monitor and maintain stock levels

To maintain an accurate inventory database that includes detailed information on available stock

To work closely with operations to organise the efficient flow of stock through the DC

To investigate discrepancies through to resolution and ensure corrective action is taken to prevent future occurrences or is escalated in a timely manner

To support the Customer Services Team in responding to enquiries and complaints in a timely manner

To meet high standards in terms of hygiene and Health and Safety, managing breaches in line with Company policy

To build meaningful relationships with the Clients, ensuring Bleckmann remains their third party of choice

To manage team issues positively (absence/ poor performance/ misconduct), adhering to Company policy and procedures if appropriate

To foster a positive working environment through regular communication with the team, providing feedback; encouraging ideas, developing skills, understanding concerns and celebrating success
