Full Job Description

Your main duties will include:

  • Cleaning vehicles internally and externally to the required standard

  • Checking and adjusting fluid levels

  • Checking and repairing minor defects such as bulbs, windscreen wipers, etc.

  • Checking and reporting major defects such as tyres, damage etc.

  • Working closely and effectively with other departments and individuals


    • Your secondary duties will include:
  • Delivery and collection of rental vehicles from customer's premises

  • Accurately checking the vehicles at handover/takeover for any damage or defects

  • Accurately completing the handover/takeover documentation

  • Demonstrating the use of the vehicles

  • Ability to work within a team and on your own

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Aged over 23 with a full UK car (manual) driving license and the ability to drive HGV vehicles around the yard

  • Opening hours are 07.30 - 17.30 Mon to Fri , 07.30 - 17.00 Sat and 08.00 - 10.30 Sun. You will be required to work Mon to Fri, plus 1 in 2 weekends.
