Waiting & Bar staff Styrrup Hall Golf & Country Club (part time)

Styrrup Hall Golf and Country Club is set in 150 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds close to the boundary of South Yorkshire and Nottinghamshire. The club house has a reputable bar/ restaurant & Members lounge which is open 7 days a week. There is also a beautiful Banqueting Room which is available for Wedding Receptions, Birthday Celebrations, Christenings, themed nights and other significant events.

Styrrup Hall Golf and Country Club (now part of the BHI Group) has recently undergone a significant upgrade and investment. As part of these upgrades, we are seeking to appoint both full and part time bar and waiting staff.

The role will also include:

• Mixing beverages using an extensive range of ingredients.


• Taking beverage orders from customers and waiting staff, serving drinks and taking payments and giving change and receipts.


• Assessing customer preferences and making recommendations.


• Providing a positive and friendly guest experience


• Checking identification to verify legal age requirement for all customers


• Keeping a well-stocked bar with adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, glassware and other accessories


• Cleaning the bar, tables, chairs and work area to maintain a high-level sanitary environment.
  
  Good communication skills with a passion for delivering top quality service.


• Ability to work in a fast paced environment both supervised and unsupervised.


• Great attention to detail and enthusiasm to develop.
