Waitress / Bar Staff

Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience
- Ensure food safety standards are followed during food preparation and serving
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a polite and timely manner
- Process customer payments accurately

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling purposes
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with others
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
