The role

As an Apprenticeships Officer, you will undertake the daily activities associated with the delivery of Apprenticeship programmes. These will include close liaison with colleges, companies, parents and apprentices, carrying out pre-employment H&S checks and apprentice progress reviews.

This is a highly independent role and requires mobile working. You will have the responsibility of monitoring the progress of apprentices towards their qualifications, attending colleges and sites to undertake progress reviews and H&S monitoring. The role requires extensive travel around Bath, Wiltshire and the surrounding areas so flexibility is a pre-requisite.

You will be well organised, highly motivated and able to work on your own initiative – and as part of a team – and have outstanding communication, IT and administration skills along with adaptability, effective time management and the ability to work to targets. We offer excellent training and prospects, as well as an attractive salary and benefits package including a DC pension scheme. We are an equal opportunities employer and make all of our appointments on merit.
