Full Job Description

LECTURER IN ELECTROTECHNICAL

Salary: £23,312.00 - £33,782.00 per annum

Weston College has some exciting employment opportunities. Are you an aspiring teacher, trainer, workshop manager or assessor? If so then Weston College is the place for you. At Weston College, we offer comprehensive training for all new staff so this can include 'New to Education' packages to help make the transition from industry into education. We are also keen to hear from outstanding practitioners within their field who would like to join our exciting journey.

Delivering City & Guilds, and EAL Practical and Theory Teaching Sessions across Electrical Programmes, you will need to have a recognised Electrotechnical Qualification at Level 3 (JIB Grade of Electrician), or above, with the ideal candidate also competent for 17th Edition and PAT Testing (however, this is desirable). You will teach across a range of apprenticeships and full-time study programmes, where you will contribute to skills acquisition within Electrical Sessions, Maths and English Development, and to act as a personal tutor.

We are able to offer an attractive package on pay, holiday, pension and benefits.

Please visit us at our Southwest Skills Campus, Locking Road, Weston-super-Mare for an opportunity to meet the team and view our facilities on Wednesday 22nd March 2017.
