Full Time - (Flexible considered)
Salary: Circa £20,000 per annum depending on experience
First point of contact for clients, other professionals and the general public, both via telephone and face to face
Preparation of sale particulars and marketing material, regional and national advertising
Provide administrative support to all colleague
Audio typing of letters, emails, valuations, reports and other documents
A responsible, enthusiastic attitude;
An ability to use own initiative and to organise;
A good team player;
An ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer;
Ability to touch type/ utilise dictation software;
Good attention to detail;
A willingness and ability to learn new skills, training will be provided
