  • Lead and deliver on long-term projects but also have the confidence and expertise to respond quickly and confidently to immediate issues as they arise, including on social media.

  • Be a confident, visible, and trusted advisor who can provide both proactive and reactive communications advice and counsel to multiple stakeholders.

  • Be a true team player and support the wider PR team on high profile Country Department and Estates & Farm instructions as needed.

First-class written skills and the ability to translate complex content into engaging copy for both internal and external audiences.

  • Able to spot news-led media opportunities ahead of time.

  • Strong journalist relationships with B2B and B2C property publications at a trade and national level, as well as experience of working with broadcast media and social influencers.

  • Comfortable working alongside PR agencies and industry bodies.

  • An ability to work closely with other members of the marketing and communications team to support the broader company strategy.

  • Contribute to monthly reporting to showcase the impact the communications team delivers for the business.
