Woolley & Wallis are seeking a full time Rural Practice Surveyor to work within our Marlborough, Wiltshire office as part of our growing multidisciplinary firm of property professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge on a variety of rural property matters to include, but not limited to the following:

Valuations for private clients, banks, probate and tax planning

Planning for a variety of residential, commercial and agricultural matters

Rural Grants & Subsidies

Compensation claims

Landlord & Tenant matters

General professional advice for clients

RICS Qualified

Registered Valuer

Member of the CAAV desirable

Driving license

Ideally 3+ years post qualification experience desirable
