  • Building and maintaining strong Client relationships.

  • Providing team support across the business to ensure deliverables are met.

  • Ensure all elements of SLAs are delivered effectively.

  • Monitoring internal project deadlines and budgets, identifying and communicating potential changes that may be required.

  • Becoming the go-to 'expert' within your team on a pre-agreed area of your day-to-day work - e.g. 'expert in social media aimed at students'.

  • All your Client's live projects - ensuring that all deadlines are met, on budget, without compromising on quality or creativity.

  • Keeping the MD informed of any key developments, asking advice and drawing on them where required.

  • Taking briefs from the Client, asking the right questions and writing good creative briefs.

  • Presenting and selling work to clients.

  • Ensuring the profitability and growth of client accounts.

  • Maintaining a detailed awareness of relevant market trends affecting your accounts, and developments in the wider advertising and communications industry.
