Full Job Description

This will be a versatile role in a fast paced environment, supporting key accounts within the company that cover a range of live, digital and creative event solutions in addition to supporting across a number of pitches including during the live and research stages.

The role will work with the Head of Public Sector and other senior team members on a variety of tasks including integration of wider company processes into the department.

The Account Executive (AE) will report to the Senior Account Director (AM) and will work closely with the Client Account team and Project Delivery team, as well as wider client teams, as required.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Requires high level of standards and detail across completion and sharing of data and information to clients and internal team, accurately, efficiently and on time

Effective management of tasks to manage workload and meet deadlines

Professional conduct across regular communication with client teams and proactive contribution in meetings, weekly calls and day-to-day telephone conversations and emails

Cross-check information from a variety of sources to maintain accuracy

Collaborate with the AM to identify efficiencies, avoiding duplication of effort and potential for errors

Provide regular and clear updates to senior members of the team

Provide support as required including ad hoc account requests which can include:

Update the event schedules as per the defined client booking process and working in conjunction with the production project coordinator

Support the AM with event bookings and negotiation of rates, forward planning needs and input into the planning strategy

Invoicing and PO raising

Contribute to project reviews and identifying lessons learned and sharing feedback

Keep a clear and auditable written record of all key decisions throughout a project's lifecycle, which complies with ISO 9001 requirements

Pitch support including tasks such as:
Research

Meeting management

Contact reports

Support in preparation of meeting documentation

Booking team travel & accommodation and diary management

Create and circulate meeting notes

When required carry out research to support new business enquiries and pitches

Onsite support for live events

As a result our Commercial Department are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Account Executive to join our Public Sector Division. You will provide a key support function to enable the Public Sector Department to continue its growth and successes., Essential:
Excellent coordination and organisation skills

Advanced Excel skills enabling the efficient management of data and information from a variety of sources

Professional approach to data and deadlines

Excellent attention to detail enabling a rigorous review of documentation and data, and a willingness to maintain high standards

Commitment to delivering an event on time, to budget, to a high-quality standard.

Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Strong organisational, planning and time management skills

Good oral and written communication skills

Ability to work in a customer focused manner

Self-prioritise workload according to the business needs

Flexible and adaptable approach to working supporting multiple people on variety of tasks at any one time delivering with excellence

Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable:
Microsoft Excel certification
