Full Job Description

  • Your responsibility will be the acquisition, management, growth, and retention of the dealerships within your defined geographical area.

  • This is a high activity field-based role, where you would be expected to be out visiting customers 3 to 4 days per week with two appointments per day. Occasional overnight stays will be required, the company will provide hotels and cover overnight expenses.

  • Work with OEM / Automotive Director to formulate strategic sales plans, and to be deployed to support broader sales objectives

  • Work closely with the internal operational teams to ensure good customer experience.

  • Deliver target calls and meetings, sales presentations, and sales training.

  • Attend industry events, networking

  • Accurate reporting on sales via HubSpot CRM

  • Consistent monitoring of the sales activities and tracking against KPIs

  • Develop and execute successful sales campaigns.

  • Cooperate with other team members to achieve business development and sales objectives.

  • While your role will be predominantly the growth, support, and training of your dealerships. You will also be expected to engage within these dealerships at all levels and to build and fortify these relationships by dealing with any day-to-day enquiries and issues that arise.

  • Your primary goal will always be to ensuring overall partner satisfaction and ultimately realising the growth that comes from this.

  • Be an integral part of the team and support others when requested by your line manager.

  • Holding regular partner account review / update & business strategy meetings.

  • Presenting to partners and their prospects / clients if required.

  • Achievement of sales targets through winning business by working alongside your partners, assisting them in all the aspects of the sales process.

  • Keeping your line manager updated on all sales opportunities, pipelines and any potential issues that could have an impact on the business.

  • Attending sales meetings when required.

    Experience in new business development and dealerships is an advantage.

  • Automotive industry background is an advantage.

  • Telematics industry background is an advantage.

  • Exceptional presentation, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills

  • Analyse data to identify and communicate opportunities.

  • A self-starter that can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • A natural people person, with a fresh and open-minded approach to working and teamwork.

  • Strong business acumen.
