No two days at Antler are ever the same. We're fast-paced and opportunistic, meaning we're agile and comfortable in an entrepreneurial setting. But these are the things that will be core to your role:

  • Nurturing retailer relationships: build relationships across all levels of our strategic retail partners to profitably grow the Antler wholesale business primarily in the UK but also internationally. Support the Commercial Director in developing and delivering account level strategies and sales plans.

  • Driving our wholesale operations: take responsibility for our core wholesale processes in the UK. Drive excellence in order management, invoicing, reporting and analysis and fulfilment. Drive the co-ordination of our seasonal sell-in windows and work with our planning teams to process orders in our OTB budget.

  • Driving rate of sale across our accounts: work closely with Marketing and Product to create and deliver plans to drive rate of sale for each retailer covering: activation of key launches, training and roadshows, visual merchandising and deployment of branded environments. You'll be expected to be hands on in developing and deploying these toolkits to our partners.

  • Driving UK wholesale growth: proactively identify and establish opportunities to grow Antler's distribution in the UK, helping to build out our presence across smaller independents and in the emerging bags segment.

  • Supporting EU wholesale expansion: Support the Commercial Director on Antler's ambition for wholesale growth in the EU, helping to manage and support a network of European wholesale agents and partners.

These are the things you'll need to thrive in the role at Antler:

  • A proven track record in developing relationships with wholesale buyers and cross-functional partners across department stores and independents, preferably with a lifestyle brand.

  • You're analytical and have a sharp commercial eye, with the ability to dive into our sell-through data to measure performance, identify growth opportunities and drive results.

  • You must be a self-starter, with the curiosity and independence to drive the wholesale agenda at Antler.

  • You have strong organisational and communication skills combined with a precise attention to detail.

  • You're a team player and understand the importance of great culture.

  • Exposure to online marketplaces and own-brand retail stores a plus.

  • Familiarity with wholesale management tools like NuOrder a plus.

It's an exciting time at Antler; we've reimagined our 110-year-old brand and are growing globally, making our ambitions a reality as we continue to build momentum. We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Team, responsible for establishing, building and nurturing strategic wholesale partnerships in the UK alongside identifying new commercial opportunities and negotiating best in class support to drive the brand's success across the UK and EU.
