Full Job Description

A vacancy has arisen for an Accounts Administrator to join us and undertake a variety of tasks in support of the Financial Accounting function.

This presents an ideal opportunity for a highly organised individual to join a team of colleagues in this essential role that supports the day-to-day management and reconciliation of Willerby's financial accounting.,

  • Support invoicing, cash allocation and dealer financing

  • Work with Credit Control to maintain Willerby debtors ledger

  • Support Purchase Ledger to process supplier invoices for payment

  • Assist with the daily processing and recording of cash receipts and payments

  • Process employee expense claims ensuring approval and accuracy of amounts claimed

  • Reconcile business credit card expenditure, ensuring necessary approval and accuracy of spend and receipting

  • Complete the data input of the monthly KPI reporting

  • Assist with the collation and completion of information requests from external bodies

  • Ad hoc analysis of accounts and support to the wider Finance function as required

    You will have a good standard of numerical ability and IT skills, specifically in the use of Microsoft Office.


  • You will need to liaise across various business functions in the delivery of your role so you must be comfortable in regular communication with various stakeholders.

    Ideally, you will have achieved a GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in Maths and English and a Level 3 qualification in Business Administration (or equivalent).
