Full Job Description

· Processing supplier invoices, coordinate to purchase order and delivery note and post invoice to Sage Line 50

· Answering suppliers' phone calls and resolving queries

· Reconciliation of supplier statements

· Preparation of monthly supplier payment list

· Ensuring all supplier invoices are filed accurately and timely.

· Completing new supplier account forms and set up of new supplier accounts in Sage

· Processing and sending out all customer invoices

· Processing new customer account forms, to include checking of trade references and set up of new accounts in Sage

· Ensuring all supplier and customer contact information remains up to date in Sage

· Accounts experience

· Data entry skills

· PC proficiency

· Attention to detail

· Confidentiality

· Knowledge of Sage Line 50 would be an advantage
