Full Job Description
- To accurately process cash and bank entries in a timely manner.
- To maintain daily bank and till account reconciliations
- Raising and posting of payments (BACS/TTs)
- Processing purchase ledger invoices in a timely manner
- Assist in sales ledger as required
- To report to the FC any areas of concern in the department (technical or personnel)
- Other support for the Financial Controller
- To maintain accurate general ledger account reconciliations, maintaining relevant trial balance accounts.
- To accurately process bank entries in a timely manner.
- To ensure manufacturer bonuses are processed accurately and variances investigated.
Honesty and integrity - Take responsibility for the quality and quantity of their work
- Experience and competency in the accurate use of IT equipment
- Experience within a dealership / franchise background
- Experience with Keyloop / Autoline Drive., Accounts Assistant: 1 year (required)
