Full Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Accounts Assistant to join our growing team. You will support RE:GEN Group's accounting department with the day-to-day functions, and will play a critical role in the smooth running of the accounts department.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Inputting, matching and coding purchase invoices.

  • Setting up new supplier, subcontractor and expenses accounts in Sage 50 and EQUE2.

  • Obtaining and reconciling supplier statements and processing payments on a monthly basis.

  • CIS calculations on subcontractor payments in line with HMRC Reporting.

  • Accounts receivable: Raising sales invoices and issuing customer statements.

  • Credit control and cash allocation.

  • Bank reconciliations.

  • Assist Senior Accountant in month end accounts preparation.

  • Other ad hoc duties as required.

    2 years accounting experience preferred

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • IT Skills

  • Numeracy skills

  • Time management, Accounting: 1 year (preferred)

    Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
