Working as part of the Engineering and Certification team, our Administration Apprentice will be a key contact for providing support within the compliance and development projects, as well as the department as a whole. All this while attending Herefordshire & Worcestershire Group Training Association to achieve your Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration., as neededSupporting Director of Engineering on department tasks and deputy as neededCompiling compliance documents for all appliances and accessories with certification and declarations of conformity along with co-ordinating timely document deliveryGeneral Other administration tasks e.g. Ordering items to support department

Minimum - GCSE level 4 Maths & English minimum Preferable - A Levels or equivalent in relevant subjectsOur ideal candidate will be a good communicator with ability to ensure visibility of team members work with use of Microsoft office software.You will also need to be able to manage time effectively to prioritise tasks and be flexible as needed to ensure on time delivery of tasks.Eye for detail is important to ensure documents are correctly filled in and filed in an easy to retrieve manner.Please note that this is an entry level early careers programme with salary to reflect - if you are more highly qualified, please consider applying for other positions we have available.Main tasks include:Assistance in creating technical files for the new appliances by bringing together the reports and documentation for these. Also assisting in the administration of the archive of current and new appliancesFacilitate meetings and workshops including moderation of the actual events
