We are seeking a hands-on and reliable Field Office Support professional to join our Data Center team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a range of physical installation and support tasks within our data center environments, ensuring adherence to high safety and quality standards. This role requires travel to various data center locations within the region., Physical installation of servers, network equipment (switches, routers, access points, etc.), and related hardware.
Proficient in cable management techniques, including labeling, routing, and securing of various cables (power, network, fiber optic).
Troubleshooting and resolving basic hardware and connectivity issues.
Assisting with data center moves, expansions, and upgrades.
Collaborating with remote teams and following detailed instructions for installations and troubleshooting.
Maintaining accurate documentation of work performed and inventory management.
Strict adherence to all HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations and protocols within the data center environment.
Desired Skills,

• Physical installation of servers, network equipment (switches, routers, access points, etc.), and related hardware.

  Experience in a critical infrastructure environment.

Familiarity with IT ticketing systems.
Basic understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP).
Knowledge of common server hardware, network devices, and cabling standards.
Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work comfortably in confined spaces.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to following instructions precisely.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel to data center sites.,
• Experience in a critical infrastructure environment.

• Basic understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP).

Knowledge of common server hardware, network devices, and cabling standards.

• Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work comfortably in confined spaces.
