Full Job Description

As a Pension Administrator you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for executing various tasks related to member-directed pension schemes. Your primary goal will be to ensure accurate and timely processing of client requests, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
Key tasks include:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on internal databases to meet company requirements and compliance standards.
- Liaise with other departments to organise document signing by authorised signatories and ensure timely delivery of documents.
- Respond and resolve queries and correspondence, ensuring all work is processed in accordance with SLAs, internal and regulatory deadlines
- Adhere to established procedures and routines to efficiently handle client requests.
- Liase with other departments within the Company as required, requesting information and following up on progress.
- Process work in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and internal deadlines to maintain high-quality service.
