Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy and sales execution for our new AI Automation platform targeted at micro, small, and medium-sized businesses across the UK and Europe. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our customer base through innovative digital and traditional marketing strategies. You must be located near to or in Cardiff, Bristol or Bath or willing to relocate to one of those cities.,

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the AI Automation platform, tailored to the needs of micro, small, and medium-sized businesses in the UK and European markets

  • Identify and qualify potential target customers, including SMEs, startups, and mid-market organisations, and effectively communicate the value proposition of the platform

  • Leverage digital marketing channels, such as social media, content marketing, and paid advertising, to generate new business prospects and create awareness for the AI Automation platform

  • Design and implement creative marketing campaigns and campaigns to showcase the platform's instant set-up AI Automations for sales, marketing, and administrative operations

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including resellers, system integrators, and technology consultants, to expand the platform's reach and distribution

  • Negotiate favourable terms and conditions with channel partners to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships

  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously refine the go-to-market strategy and identify new opportunities for growth

  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for the AI Automation platform, including both monthly and annual subscription revenue

  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales pipeline, forecasts, and key performance metrics to the leadership team

    A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably in the tech or AI sectors.

  • Strong understanding of both digital marketing strategies and traditional marketing approaches.

  • Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new products or services.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining profitable partnerships.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to drive brand awareness and marketing campaigns.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

  • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional European languages are a plus.


  • Desirable Skills
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
