Full Job Description

  • Directly support the Directors of the Alternative Provision with bringing in referrals, marketing and building relationships with stakeholders

  • Social media marketing to gain support from other organisations

  • Work alongside Human Resources, Recruitment and Marketing and Finance to ensure both stability, growth and development of the Alternative Provisions

  • Work directly to tender contracts with Local Authorities, Schools and parent/carers

  • Directly support the settings, equine and animal provision with innovative and unique learning programmes, designing 'bespoke' programmes based on our client's requirements and their student's needs.

  • Oversee the organisation new learning programmes involving planning and meeting with stakeholders (learners, parent/carers, tutors, Local authorities and schools & other professionals).

  • Support site leads in the delivery of learning programmes, site management and development.

  • Manage the quality of our learning programmes including reviews of learner progression, engagement and attendance.

  • Encourage the ongoing professional development of staff and support the delivery of training and continued professional development.

  • Audit and lead the wider AP teams to ensure smooth delivery and reporting, within operating standards & deadlines.
