Full Job Description

The role holder will be responsible for supporting and facilitating the group crisis management response to respond to, manage and mitigate incidents and crises impacting on Quilter premises, staff, and performance. This will include the development and delivery of training inputs and exercises that will test the resilience of the business to respond to a variety of threats and risks.
The proactive collection, evaluation, and dissemination of all-source material within the 24/7 Crisis Management Centre (CMC) will be a fundamental aspect of the role. The role holder will be required to convert this material into reports and bulletins that can be utilised to protect both the organisation and the safety and security of company personnel, property and reputation.
About the Role Operate on a 24/7 basis within the CMC to fully support the company during the management of crises and significant incidents. Requirement to fulfil an on-call obligation one week in four, as part of a rota providing an 'out of hours' crisis response. Research threats and risk relating to the Quilter business and the wider industry utilising relevant computer systems and programs. Consistently produce high quality assessments and reports relating to tactical and strategic threats. Support the design and facilitation of crisis management and operational resilience presentations, training and exercise scenarios. Lead the recording and assessment of disruptive events that impact on the operational resilience of the Quilter businesses. Support the wider security function with the completion and collation of security assessments of Quilter estate. Complete reports and submissions to governance forums relating to security, crisis management and operational resilience. Participate
in business critical projects as required by the Head of Security and Crisis Management. About You
