Your base of work will be in Quedgeley but travel to our other patch offices in Winchester and Wiltshire will be required from time to time.

A full driving License and use of your own car is essential for this role.

Main duties:

  • Provide general administrative support to the Area Manager, Area Management team and our other patch offices

  • Co-ordinate agendas and take notes at meetings as required

  • Provide a welcoming reception service for the Area Office and coordinate the ordering of office supplies

  • Support effective financial administration for the area in respect of administration budgets

  • Prepare presentations and reports, including slides, charts and graphs as required

    Have good communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Have a positive approach

  • Be able to build professional relationships
