Asbestos Supervisor

As an Asbestos Supervisor with Greenfield Removals Ltd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our asbestos removal projects. Your focus will be on ensuring each project is executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory standards, while also meeting our clients' high expectations for service quality.,

• Site Supervision: Lead on-site asbestos removal operations, ensuring all activities adhere to safety and quality standards.


• Team Leadership: Manage and guide a team of asbestos removal professionals, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.


• Compliance and Safety: Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies.


• Client Liaison: Act as the point of contact for clients on-site, ensuring their needs are met and issues are promptly addressed.


• Quality Control: Monitor and ensure the quality of work, intervening to correct any issues as necessary.


• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all operations in line with regulatory and company requirements.


• Equipment Management: Oversee the use and inventory of equipment and materials on site, whilst liaising with the Stores Management.


• Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training and support to team members, promoting continuous skill development.
  
  Experience: Proven experience as an Asbestos Supervisor, supervising medium to large-sized projects.


• Qualifications: A valid Asbestos Supervisor qualification is essential.


• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability in leading and motivating teams.


• Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.


• Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities and professionalism for effective client and team interactions.


• Driving: A valid full UK driving license is essential to the role.


• Flexibility: Willingness to regularly travel, stay and work in different locations and adapt to varying project requirements.


Desirable

Having access to a ready team of 2 asbestos operatives should you be successful is advantageous but not essential.
