Full Job Description
- Support recruitment of apprenticeships
- Responsibility for a cohort of apprentices
- Deliver the work-based element of the apprenticeships, including on-site training, assessment and reviews
- Accurate recording of learner progress, attendance and other learner records including use of Smart Assessor
- Support the continued improvement of SGS Apprenticeships
Educated to degree level or equivalent or have substantial relevant subject experience and occupational competence. - Level 3 Early Years qualification
- GCSE Maths and English grade C or above or Level 2 equivalent

In line with KCSIE and having regard to all relevant guidance, a range of checks and online searches will also be conducted for successful candidates, and a satisfactory DBS Enhanced Disclosure will need to be obtained as a requirement of the job.
